Corporate & strategic partnerships

Your company can do more than write a cheque.

Partner with Nono Caring Hearts Foundation to train people, equip a workshop, open market opportunities, support enterprise and build a pathway from skills to income.

The invitation

Nono Caring Hearts Foundation is looking for partners who want to build something practical with us.

How we see you

Not only donors

A company is rarely just a cheque. Most of what Nono Caring Hearts Foundation needs — markets, equipment, expertise, employment, purchasing — sits inside ordinary business capability.

Investors in opportunity

Capital that creates skills, production and income rather than one-off relief.

Employers

Placements, internships and jobs that give trained people somewhere to go.

Market partners

Off-take, distribution and shelf space for products made in training production.

Technical partners

Production know-how, quality systems, food safety, design and standards.

Equipment partners

New, refurbished or in-kind equipment for the training and production areas.

Mentors

Business and technical mentorship for trainees, graduates and the Nono Caring Hearts Foundation team.

Customers

Institutional purchasing that turns goodwill into recurring earned income.

CSR partners

A defined, reportable programme your organisation can stand behind.

Seven partnership pathways

Pick the piece you can actually deliver

Each pathway says plainly what it funds, what it does not, and where Nono Caring Hearts Foundation is not yet able to promise an outcome.

01

Build

planned

Co-fund construction of the Kirinya Skilling & Empowerment Centre.

Construction is costed from a professional bill of quantities, so a partner can fund a defined phase and receive reporting against that phase rather than against a general appeal.

Honest noteThe centre is not yet built. Any commitment funds planned construction.

02

Equip

planned

Fund or donate equipment for production and training.

Equipment can be funded area by area, supplied in kind, or provided refurbished. A confirmed equipment schedule is agreed with the partner before any commitment.

Honest noteNo equipment schedule is published as a fixed cost until it is confirmed in writing.

03

Sponsor

current

Sponsor training places, or stipended apprenticeships where funding allows.

Sponsorship covers training places, materials and — where funding allows — a stipend so a woman with dependants can afford to attend.

Honest noteNono Caring Hearts Foundation cannot currently provide stipends to every trainee. Support can help expand the number of trainees who can participate in paid practical production.

04

Employ

planned

Offer placements, internships or employment opportunities to suitable graduates.

We can introduce graduates whose skills match your requirements, share what they trained in and what they produced, and support the transition into a workplace.

Honest noteWe do not promise placement outcomes, and we do not guarantee that any graduate will be hired. Selection remains entirely yours.

05

Buy

current

Become an institutional buyer of Nono Caring Hearts Foundation products.

Schools, hotels, hospitals, offices and retailers can buy soap, bakery, dairy and tailored goods produced in training. Purchasing is the most durable support there is — it funds the work every month.

Honest noteVolumes and supply terms are confirmed in writing before any commitment is made.

06

Mentor

current

Provide technical or business mentorship.

Practical mentorship — production quality, costing, packaging, bookkeeping, customer handling — for trainees, graduate enterprises and the Nono Caring Hearts Foundation team.

Honest noteMentorship is arranged around trainee schedules and safeguarding requirements.

07

Connect

current

Provide market access, professional networks, technical expertise or strategic introductions.

Introductions to buyers, funders, regulators, trainers and technical specialists often move the work faster than money does.

Honest noteWe will tell you plainly where an introduction is useful and where it is not.

What a partnership can look like

Practical, defined, reportable

Real partnerships tend to be specific. These are the shapes that work best for us and for the people we train.

Adopt a cohort

Support a full group of trainees through a training cycle — recruitment, materials, training and practical production.

Costed per partner

Equip a workshop

Fund the equipment for one training and production area, from the confirmed equipment schedule.

Costed per partner

Support a trainer

Cover the cost of a skilled trainer so more people can be trained properly rather than quickly.

Costed per partner

Sponsor live production training

Fund raw materials and packaging so trainees learn by producing goods that can actually be sold.

Costed per partner

Buy Nono Caring Hearts Foundation products

Place a recurring institutional order and turn your procurement budget into training income.

Costed per partner

Support start-up kits

Fund the basic tools and stock a graduate needs to begin earning after training.

Costed per partner

Support the centre

Co-fund a defined phase of the Kirinya centre against the bill of quantities.

Costed per partner

No monetary values are attached to these examples on this site. Costs are prepared per partner from the BOQ, the equipment schedule and the training budget, and confirmed in writing.

Nono Caring Hearts Foundation Corporate Partnership Brief

A short brief covering the model, the seven partnership pathways, what a partnership can look like and what we can report. Prepared for circulation inside your organisation.

Branded partnership proposals for individual companies are prepared on request, using this brief, the project bill of quantities and the training budget.

What we can report to you

Reporting we can stand behind

Depending on the partnership, reporting can eventually include the items below. What we agree with you depends on what we can genuinely measure at the time.

Reporting itemStatusWhat it means
People trainedRecorded nowEnrolment and attendance registers.
Training completionRecorded nowCompletion against the training cycle.
Equipment deliveredRecorded nowDelivery records, photographs and location of installation.
Products producedRecorded nowProduction volumes from training production.

We will not promise metrics we cannot yet measure. Where a system does not exist, we say “baseline being established” and we agree with you what will realistically be reported and when.

Request partnership discussion

Start a conversation

Tell us what your organisation can realistically do and we will come back with a specific, costed proposal — not a generic appeal.

  • We will tell you what is already running and what is still planned.
  • We will not promise outcomes we cannot evidence.
  • Reporting expectations are agreed before any commitment.
  • Your organisation is never named publicly without written agreement.
