Nono Caring Hearts Foundation is operating. But we are not yet self-financing.
The enterprise is real and already generating income. But it is still young and does not yet cover the Foundation's costs.
We are building toward a model where earned income from Nono Caring Hearts Foundation products covers an increasing share of running costs over time.
Grant and partner funding are still important at this stage because we need to build the infrastructure, equipment, working capital, training capacity and systems that the enterprise cannot yet finance by itself.
That is why we are asking partners to help us build the engine — not simply to keep an organisation running.

Because this is the stage where catalytic funding can help build the productive capacity that makes greater self-reliance possible.
We do not see grant funding as the destination. We see it as part of the bridge.
Over time, the ambition is for the enterprise to carry more of the cost of the work. We are not there yet.
