Support working capital
Raw materials and revolving stock so production can run consistently.
Production only builds income if materials are in stock and batches can run without interruption. Working capital is the revolving fund behind that: inputs, packaging, and stock held between production and sale.

Sponsor training & stipends
Training places, and modest support for those who cannot afford to attend unpaid.
Training places can be sponsored so women, girls and youth can join a cohort. Beyond the training itself, some participants need support simply to be present — transport, meals, time away from small income-earning activities.

Start-up kits, seed capital and mentorship for graduates.
Training on its own does not create income. The booster fund is intended to support graduates with start-up kits, seed capital and mentorship where funding allows, so they can move from training into productive enterprise.
