Skills that become livelihoods.
Nono Caring Hearts Foundation is not simply providing classroom training. Skilling here is one link in a chain that runs from first contact to income a household can rely on.

The model in one line
More than a product
A social enterprise built around skills.
Nono Caring Hearts Foundation is not simply a soap company. It combines practical skilling with real production and enterprise. People learn useful skills, practise them through real work, and begin building the experience they need to earn, trade and create their own opportunities.

Skill
Learn a practical, market-relevant skill.

Work
Put the skill into practice through real production and enterprise.

Earn
Build toward income, enterprise and greater economic independence.
Products are part of the model. People are the reason for it.
The three steps above — Skill → Work → Earn — are the spine of everything that follows on this page.
The Nono Caring Hearts Foundation model

Earn

Said plainly
Where funding allows, trainees participating in Nono Caring Hearts Foundation production may receive modest stipends or a share of proceeds. This is not universal: not every trainee currently receives a stipend, and it depends on funding and live orders. Sponsorship is what makes stipends possible for more trainees.

The workshop is the classroom. Competence is judged by what leaves the bench.
Graduate pathway
What happens after the last training day
Graduation is a hand-off, not a goodbye. Mentorship, seed support and market links carry a graduate into trading.
